I have installed the game, but every character I make is level 150, and have strong stats. As well as every skill learned.
How can I make a character that is level 1, who doesn't have every skill learned, and who doesn't have strong stats?

There's an option that you can change the stats and levels of your character.
It should be in the third tab.
You have to manually enter number to change the stats by yourself.
And there's a bar for you to drag, that's how to change the levels of your character.
The strong stats is for the people who want to finish the story and mission with no problem.
The skill will be learned by the system, automatically.

why would you want to do that?

Because I want to relive the game as it was back then.
It would be very awesome for me.

No. Most people expect having all moves at the beginning.
It is possible to make things more configurable, but it's not a priority right now...
